Supporting Communities Along the Southern Coast of Oregon
Wild Rivers Coast Alliance is the grant making department of Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, and we are committed to supporting communities along the South Coast of Oregon. Wild Rivers Coast Alliance utilizes the net proceeds from Bandon Dunes Golf Resort’s 5th golf course, Bandon Preserve - a ‘Course with a Mission’, to award grants that promote a region where healthy ecosystems drive a vibrant economy. We look for opportunities on the South Coast of Oregon to foster community collaboration that drive economic opportunities in a way that preserves and respects the health and integrity of the region’s natural resources and local community values.
To help achieve this vision, we have laid out a series of regional objectives to help guide our work. These objectives include:
Strengthen economic stability, community assets, and the environment by supporting working landscapes and seascapes
Support economic development and ecological enhancement by fostering local, sustainable businesses and nonprofit organizations
Forge partnerships, strengthen capacity, and assist in securing greater resources for local organizations to better accomplish their goals
